![]() ![]() It has helped me to turn my part-time passion into a full-time career, as I write this I just spent the day with my new assistant chef Jean and my videographer recording new videos. I’m thankful for my readers who have supported me on this journey, allowing me to share my love for cooking. It was 10 years ago that I embarked on this journey and it has been one of the most rewarding, life-changing paths. I’m thankful for the day I started blogging, it has been a long steady journey. After all, November 19 will be my birthday, so I’m thankful for life. Thanksgiving is that time of year that I get to reflect on the year so far and think of all the things that I’m thankful for. Some of them like my cranberry ground cherry sauce, tofu turkey, and sweet potato pie are gluten-free, vegan variations of Traditional classics that will blow your mind.
